This book arrived in a package that was not sufficiently strong to support the book. In addition the book was "warped" like it had been left in the rain. I was very disappointed. I have ordered textbooks for years on Amazon and this was the first time I have written a negative comment.
I will never buy any book from this seller!!! March 4, 2010

I ordered this book and received two weeks later, the seller told me they delivered two hours after I ordered, from AZ to NY. I expected I would received by next week. However, it took them up to 2 weeks to mail the book. I contact the seller, it replied rudely me that it took up to 30 business days to deliver a book from AZ to NY by USPS. I don't know what USPS they use, I send mail to our client in Europe, Germany, UK, Japan, China, it only take 7 business day by regular USPS mail, my clients definitely received it. I hate deal with dishonest businessman. I will not buy any book from this seller.
