Every Audit tool just contains Check Lists (Yes/No)and does not tell you what is next. This Book Collects Information, Evaluates it, Analyzes it,and Recommends the Action Plans. While you are using it, you are learning and teaching. I wish the forms were made on a CD, that would have been marvelous. However, it is still the best HR Audit Tool. Go for it...
