Textbook is poorly written and very difficult to understand what author is implying. Auditing itself is a difficult topic which needed simple language so students can understand the subject. Instead writer is showing his vocabulary using difficult words and long convulated sentences resulting is loosing the thought process and wasting time trying to get the gist of what is written. I would recommend not to use this textbook.

Was misleading under the Audting name said hardcover, was not, was electronic, ebay rep said they don't do this.
